At the beginning of July, an inspection audit of the quality management system at our enterprise took place, and today we are pleased to announce that, based on the results of the audit, the Russian branch of the international holding for audit and certification DQS issued an appropriate conclusion.
Thus, the process of ensuring the traceability of manufactured products has been completed, which makes it possible to identify on what day, hour, on what equipment, by what employee operations were performed at each stage of the cycle. Identification begins at the stage of incoming inspection of materials, then at the laser marking line, before the start of the mounting process, an individual barcode is applied to each printed circuit board, ensuring traceability to materials and components, and further along the process, all information on subsequent boards is added to the individual barcode of each board. On all stages of release, up to the final control.
Automated wave solder temperature monitoring has been introduced at the automated soldering section, which allows, in automatic mode, with reference to a specific satellite, to track the temperature profile within the maximum possible control limits.
In addition, for wave soldering, a process of automatic optical 3D inspection of a group workpiece was introduced with registration of results in the database, in order to confirm the quality of solder joints of a group of printed circuit boards and the absence of defects.
Also, the company carried out a significant reorganization of warehouse storage. The introduction of an automated warehouse for targeted cellular storage ensures the efficient use of the areas of the warehouse complex and operational inventory management based on up-to-date information.
Our own test base has also been developed by strengthening the internal laboratory with several pieces of test equipment at once, which will help us raise the quality level of our products in all areas (car electronics and alarms, lighting equipment, charging stations and other power electronics) to an even higher standard.
Despite the complexity of implementing the automation of the assembly of our products, the transition from manual to automated assembly of our wonderful piezo sirens is becoming a landmark.
In addition, our products have expanded to another standard – GOST R 58139-2018, which is used by a number of automakers when evaluating suppliers as an alternative to IATF 16949:2016.
Our company has once again confirmed its status as one of the world’s best manufacturers, and we, in turn, are proud of our team, which has done a tremendous job so that end users can feel and appreciate the highest quality of our products.
