Our company’s developers continue to improve and develop the Pandora Specialist application, an indispensable tool for installation support professionals. The latest update introduces several significant enhancements and features, making it even more versatile, convenient, and easy to use.

Key Features:

Access to Firmware Archive
In the Pandora Specialist mobile application for Android, installers can now access the firmware archive. This feature allows for the quick finding and downloading of the desired firmware version without connecting to the base unit of the system. Installers can also view the history of changes, similar to the desktop version of the application.
 

Product Information Section
A new “Product Information” section has been added to the desktop version. This section enables installers to identify a Pandora product by providing comprehensive information about the board itself, including its release date, model, and configuration, by entering the serial number of the device.
For specialists using an Android smartphone, this function is even more convenient. Simply point the camera at the device barcode in the corresponding section to access detailed product information.
 

Interactive Help System
An interactive help system has been integrated into both the desktop and Android versions of the application. This system includes additional text and graphic tips for working with the integrated keyless immobilizer bypass function, making the process more advanced, convenient, and informative.
 

Service Interface Enhancements for Timer Channels
The desktop service interface has been updated for better visual and functional work with timer channels. Flexible settings now allow for proper handling of switches and control of rule violations. For example, ensuring the ignition input is not accidentally assigned as normally closed. Installers can use the multi-button to select the required action, ensuring the switch is used only to turn on/off the channel, while a drop-down list provides operation options.
 

Improved HTML Layout Adaptation
Extensive improvements have been made to adapt the HTML layout for the correct display of vehicle information. These efforts focused on supporting both Android and desktop platforms.
 

General Installation Maps in Browser
In the “Cars” section of the Pandora Specialist Internet service, installers can now view general installation maps directly in the browser. These maps facilitate quick and advanced installations.
